Our Services
Educational Curriculum & Instruction
I will examine, evaluate, and revamp your school’s academic programs to improve student learning. I audit lesson plans for inclusiveness- so that students comprehend the lessons, relate the lessons to their real lives, and feel included in the classroom & school environment. I will train teachers, with evidence based strategies, while also aligning content with state standards.
Leadership & Teambuilding Workshops
Welcome me as a host to your company’s next workshop. While leading diverse interactive games and activities, your team will see the “less stressed versions” of each other which improves working relationships. During this fun workshop, I will highlight the selection of leaders (while in a comfortable environment), who always “show up and show out” to ensure they are ready for their true calling/next step in their venture. We work on personal and professional development- so everyone is taking home some valuable skills that they can always use as a reminder. This is a fantastic time to combine executive presence and engagement, which builds an impactful team of diversity and inclusion. Employees will learn skills in conflict resolution while also strengthening business relationships.
Corporate Training and Program Development
You have a program idea, but unsure how to develop it? Or maybe your business is growing and now you have to teach/train your new employees how your company operates- but unsure how. Leave it to me! I will create a custom solution for your onboarding & training. I can work with you on turning your idea into scalable solutions to improve your company, community, and hopefully many others. I can also lead the training on your behalf with the same passion.
About Me
I think it’s important to start with saying I am a lifelong learner. I went to school for IT, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and then Psychology. I didn’t finish any of these degrees, but I stayed long enough to figure out if it was my true calling or not. I finally started (and completed) a Masters of Science degree in the School of Education for Curriculum and Instruction- as I learned that teaching and training was my true calling. Again, in normal Bree fashion- my work experience has also been quite diverse with serving 2 years in educational leadership, 6 years in corporate training, 6 years in fast food, 2 years in transportation and logistics, 2 years in account management, and 11 years in banking and finance. I believe my experience speaks the most, although my education seals the deal. This is my 3rd business and it truly reflects my dedication and commitment to acquiring new knowledge and then passing it on. My goal is to provide all communities (including schools K-12, small businesses, and corporate) with learning experiences that educate, motivate, and inspire.
