Services
Corporate Trainer
As a corporate trainer, I will first educate myself on your company’s systems, processes, and job duties. I take this information and create a customized curriculum for adult learners to not only grasp, but apply going forward. I create the slide decks, lessons, and digital e-learning (if applicable). I lead these sessions myself, and would be the primary contact for the whole training program. I stay in contact with the business for each training session for 6 months (post training) to ensure the program was effective and fix/report any skill gaps.
Leadership and Team Building Workshops
Welcome me as a host to your company’s next workshop. While leading diverse interactive games and activities, your team will see the “less stressed versions” of each other which improves working relationships. During this fun workshop, I will highlight the selection of leaders (while in a comfortable environment), who always “show up and show out” to ensure they are ready for their true calling/next step in their venture. We work on personal and professional development- so everyone is taking home some valuable skills that they can always use as a reminder. This is a fantastic time to combine executive presence and engagement, which builds an impactful team of diversity and inclusion. Employees will learn skills in conflict resolution while also strengthening business relationships.
Contract Counselor (Signing Agent)
As a Contract Counselor, I first obtain secured files from my clients. These secured files can be up to 125 pages in which each page will be discussed thoroughly to ensure their client has a deep understanding. I also gather information on how their experience was by asking thoughtful questions to guarantee ways that internal processes can be altered for the betterment of both sides. I will explain any credits. I can discuss any event. I can answer any questions on verbiage. If I do not know the answer, I will get you an answer. I can meet up to 3x. Files will be emailed prior to the meeting (usually while we are on the calling scheduling the appt to ensure you have received the email)- so that you can review the documents (at your own pace) prior to meeting and record any questions and comments you may have.
About Me
I think it’s important to start with saying I am a lifelong learner. I went to school for IT, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and then Psychology. I didn’t finish any of these degrees, but I stayed long enough to figure out if it was my true calling or not. I finally earned a Leadership certificate at Western Governors University- as I realized that teaching/training, critical thinking, and problem solving was my true calling rather than titles. Again, in normal Bree fashion- my work experience has also been quite diverse with spending two years in Educational Leadership, six years in Corporate Training, six years in Fast Food, two years in Transportation and Logistics, two years in Account Management, and eleven years in Banking and Finance. I worked at city credit unions, McDonalds, bookkeeping & tax offices, and wrapped it up with the bulk of my time experiencing unison at U.S. Bank and Bank of America. I have managed portfolios totaling over $3B consisting of huge companies like ArcBest, C.H. Robinson, FedEx, Hub Group, J.B Hunt, Panther Logistics, SAIA, and Southeastern Freight Lines. I believe my experience speaks the most, although my education seals the deal. This is my 3rd business and it truly reflects my dedication and commitment to acquiring new knowledge and then passing it on. My goal is to provide all communities (including schools K-12, small businesses, and corporate organizations) with learning experiences that educate, motivate, and inspire.
