Government Consultant
As a Department of Labor consultant, I would advise on systematic changes, such as resolve disputes between workers and managers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and analyze internal processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
As a Department of Education consultant, I would advise on systemic changes, such as integrating educational software, revamping all K-12 school programs, revamping all K-12 school curriculum, training teachers, and improving financial efficiency.
Workshops featuring Finance for the Non-Financial Manager, Leadership, and Team Building
Welcome me as a host to your company’s next workshop. While leading diverse interactive games and activities, your team will see the “less stressed versions” of each other which improves working relationships. During this fun workshop, I will highlight the selection of leaders (while in a comfortable environment), who always “show up and show out” to ensure they are ready for their true calling/next step in their venture. We work on personal and professional development- so everyone is taking home some valuable skills that they can always use as a reminder. This is a fantastic time to combine executive presence and engagement, which builds an impactful team of diversity and inclusion. Employees will learn skills in conflict resolution while also strengthening business relationships.
I also specialize in Finance seminars for the Non- Financial Manager. We will review organization strategies, bookkeeping tips, tax strategies, and cash flow management.

Small Business Administration Volunteer (SCORE Program)
As an SBA volunteer, I am willing to provide free, confidential counseling, mentoring, and education to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. I have a strong understanding of operations, accounting, finance, and human resources.
About Me
I think it’s important to start with saying I am a lifelong learner. I went to school for IT, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and then Psychology. I didn’t finish any of these degrees, but I stayed long enough to figure out if it was my true calling or not. I finally earned a Leadership certificate at Western Governors University- as I realized that teaching/training, critical thinking, and problem solving was my true calling rather than titles. Again, in normal Bree fashion- my work experience has also been quite diverse with spending two years in Educational Leadership, six years in Corporate Training, six years in Fast Food, two years in Transportation and Logistics, two years in Account Management, and eleven years in Banking and Finance. I worked at city credit unions, McDonalds, bookkeeping & tax offices, and wrapped it up with the bulk of my time experiencing unison at U.S. Bank and Bank of America. I have managed portfolios totaling over $3B consisting of huge companies like ArcBest, C.H. Robinson, FedEx, Hub Group, J.B Hunt, Panther Logistics, SAIA, and Southeastern Freight Lines. I believe my experience speaks the most, although my education seals the deal. This is my 3rd business and it truly reflects my dedication and commitment to acquiring new knowledge and then passing it on. My goal is to provide all communities (including schools K-12, small businesses, and corporate organizations) with learning experiences that educate, motivate, and inspire.
